A busy service environment that supports a large organisation is looking to recruit into its IT Service Desk Team. While a Service Desk background is desirable, an interest in IT as well as experience providing excellent customer service in a busy environment is essential and training will be provided. Handling Incidents and Service Requests to be raised to the IT Service Desk via telephone Recording accurate, detailed information and tracking incidents from creation until completion Troubleshooting Hardware and software problems Handling a wide array of Service Requests, ranging from password resets to software installs Escalating appropriately to the relevant support teams, both internally and with external 3rd Parties About You As this role requires continual customer engagement, a proven track record of providing high quality customer service in a busy, environment is essential.
