I am currently recruiting for a HR Assistant to join a service sector client of mine based in Blackpool. Working as part of a wider HR team you will take responsibility for the following: Being the first point of contact for HR administration queries Supporting Managers with the recruitment and selection process Ensuring all compliance checks are completed for new starters Co-ordinating probationary review meetings Updating the HR system Co-ordination of all training Diary management Assisting with the preparation of payroll information Liaising with external benefit companies Supporting the HR team with other administrative duties This is a busy and varied role where being well organised and having meticulous attention to detail are essential.
