Position: Senior Estimator (Hybrid) Location: Warrington Salary: up to 100,000 plus package D.O.E Our client is a Tier 1 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of 800 million, delivering primarily New Build projects from regional offices in the Northwest, Midlands and Home Counties. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Logistics & Distribution, Date Centres & Pharmaceutical. They generally deliver projects ranging in value from 25million up to 100million and a negotiate the majority of their projects secured. The Chief Estimator is keen to further develop and strengthen their Pre-Construction Team with introduction of experienced Senior Estimator or Estimator. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience of personally managing tenders from allocation to adjudication.
