REMOTE OPPORTUNITY for an experienced healthcare recruiter (PERM) private sector health or social care to join and build their brand in the North West. Due to continued and consistent growth my client would like to appoint a hungry but level headed recruiter to manage and lead the growth in the North West. You can come from any healthcare vertical but it must be permanent desk experience. Fully supported from the head office, and fully set up from home on an ongoing basis, this role would suit someone who really knows their desk, is frustrated at KPI managers and unreachable thresholds and wants to earn well. Commission - no threshold for first 3 months then a 6k is in place and comms is scalable to 30% when billing 180k. Once you have billed 80% of annual target, you will then hire another REMOTE team member and continue in this vein.
