Skills and Qualifications The Role As part of the Service Delivery team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Groups computer network infrastructure, application systems and ICT equipment. Supported by the Service Delivery Management team you will effectively support all aspects of ICT across the group with site visits to schools when required. The role of the 1st/2nd line support engineer is to provide efficient, effective and customer- friendly ICT support services to all users within the group.
