Description Accountable for maintaining the IT infrastructure and providing day to day service to end users through the prioritisation of work taken from the ticket system, phone, messaging or face to face. Complete initial triage of the issue and resolve where able escalating more complex queries within the IT team and to the Head of IT where appropriate. Ensure the business has the IT equipment to undertake their role effectively processing requests for IT kit set-up in line with agreed SLAs. Assisting with producing monthly reports and documentation within the IT Department.
