Our Client is seeking an experienced Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years experience undertaking a caseload of clients. This role will mainly be remote with 1 visit to the office every fortnight or when necessary to see clients. You must be able to provide appropriate advice and assistance with residential sale & purchase and to administer all aspects of conveyancing including post completion work on behalf of clients Key Responsibilities includes Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters. Conducting title checks, reviewing legal documents, and identifying potential issues. Drafting and reviewing contracts, lease agreements, and other property-related documents.
