M365 Engineer is required by this service centre supporting major operations for this globally recognised organisation in their field. Working within an internal Productivity team, you will be responsible for incidents and service requests response, adhering to defined SLA, as well as ensuring the ongoing continual improvement of services within the organisation. Ideally you can demonstrate experience across - Service requests across Sharepoint, OneDrive M365 change support Power Platform toolset - Power BI, Power Apps, Automate, etc) IT Security protocols, processes Technical documentation to a high standard Excellent stakeholder engagement skills Please contact me for a detailed conversation and good spec, and to discuss the ongoing plans for this role and the business and what you can be part of going forward, initially for 9 months FTC but with the possibility of moving to Full time permanent.
