Service Delivery Manager is required to lead diverse, multi-skilled teams and successfully deliver complex IT-based change in a large, complex environment. This role manages initiatives from inception to completion, handling finance, budgets, and procurement. Ideally you can demonstrate a hybrid background across both Agile and Waterfall delivery. Key Responsibilities: Delivery & Governance: End-to-end management of complex IT projects/streams in line with strict governance, quality, and risk standards.
