Purpose The Global Sales Performance & Planning (GSPP) team manages territory planning, quota setting, compensation incentives framework, analysis, and calculation for the commercial sales and services staff for PerkinElmer. Reporting to the Director, Global Sales Performance & Planning, the manager is responsible for day-to-day operations leading a team of Sales Compensation Analysts that support over 3,400 Sales & Service commercial employees across all global regions (AMER, EMEAI, and APAC). This role will act as a project manager onboarding new groups to our technology platform, coordinating annual quota setting processes, and managing sales commission payroll cycles and disputes throughout the fiscal year.
