Position Overview
The Global Services team Lead for Certification and Enablement [C&E] primary focus will be to manage and develop the C&E team, and ensure the delivery and required certification and knowledge as required to Global Services staff. The role wil report to the manager of the Knowledge & Capability Management [KCM] team Key Responsibilities
In this role your responsibilities will include: • Take responsibility and accountability for completing and consistently meeting Global Services skills and enablement project deadlines. • Work with global teams to identify, create and arrange for delivery of Global Services Skills development as part of new services, tool or process improvements. • Manager other Global Services IT Mentors and Certification & Enablement team members • Support other global teams in implementation of LMS Use, Training SOPs and other relevant processes and procedures. • Ensures that the team keep LMS user data is...
