Job Purpose: This role is responsible for providing first/second line support via group helpdesk system with a key focus on ERP support. Working closely with Group Helpdesk Manager to ensure all incidents are closed based on SLA’s, escalating to and working alongside third party support partners where required. Role Key Accountabilities: Reporting to Group Helpdesk Manager and working alongside wider helpdesk team to ensure all business systems are supported and maintained to a high standard Development of ERP system enhancements to meet business requirements. ERP system administration/support. Assist with daily general IT Support to all group users.
