We are looking for a large number of Customer Service & Call Centre specialists to work on behalf of a national Retail company.
The role will be home based (all equipment provided), although you will need to attend 2 weeks training on site in Preston Brook - WA7 3QA.
If you always put the customer first and have a passion for helping people and creating an outstanding customer experience, then you could be the perfect fit for this role of Customer Service Advisor.
Pay: £9.30 per hour (paid weekly) + Holiday Pay,
Location: Preston Brook (WA7 3QA)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Between 08.00 to 22.00, Monday to Sunday (Weekends will be on a rota basis. As we get closer to Christmas, finish times could be extended to 23.00)
Contract: Temporary - At least until Christmas, but could be extended
Start Dates: ASAP
Travel - Free parking available onsite for training & free shuttle bus to/from Runcorn/Warrington
What you'll be doing as a Customer Service Advisor:
Providing fantastic service and support to customers over the phone from inbound calls
Advising customers on all types of queries
Updating all systems, making sure you attend to every detail and record all conversations with 100% accuracy
Following the correct processes to make sure customers are safe
Living and breathing amazing behaviours, and being a great team player
To be successful you'll need:
Previous Customer Service experience
Be passionate about providing unparalleled levels of customer service and convenience
Be able to work and learn quickly in a fast paced, fun and dynamic environment
Be able to work from home and attend training onsite.
