IT Application Support Analyst
Our IT Application Support Analyst, will be out on the road managing successful roll-outs of Feildview on all new and recently commenced projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the teams fully utilise the system and make it a core application in the business that all projects teams use and benefit from. Supporting the system will be easy for you and be able to answer all questions and queries. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be expected to support the wider IT team and 3rd parties to resolve issues and to define and deliver the application roadmap.
Skills required An ability to assess each colleague's IT knowledge levels Logical thinker Good analytical and problem-solving skills Up-to-date technical knowledge An in-depth understanding of the software and equipment that our colleagues are using Good interpersonal and customer care skills so that all teams use it effectivelyGood accurate records keepingA drive for continuous improvement Relationship builder and an excellent communicator with staff at all levels.
