We are recruiting for a team of Technical Support Specialists that will provide a high level of experience and expertise to our customers.
In this role, your main focus will be to offer the best possible Customer Experience to our Clients, Suppliers and internal colleagues.
You will need to have had exposure to one of the following disciplines:
Working as the Technical Support Specialist you will provide a high level of technical support using multiple communication channels to ensure any enquiries are handled and resolved to the highest possible standard in the fastest possible way.
You will also be required to liaise with internal departments and external third-party suppliers to help resolve any issues.
You will be responsible for monitoring site issues that occur daily and monitor the engagement between Client and Supplier.
You may choose to obtain further information or clarity from the Client, and you may choose to engage with the Supplier to inform and expedite.
Your technical knowledge and experience will identify those issues where your pro-activity and collaboration with both the Client and Supplier will maintain a focused Customer Experience and, in some cases, effect 'Call avoidance'.
