2 nd Line IT Support Engineer - Gloucester or Fully Remote - £24,000 - £26,000

Office 365 / Windows 10 Support

Are you an experienced 2 nd Line Support Engineer with an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft / Windows environments? Read on!

The role is working for one of the leading MSPs in the area, who have gone through a period of serious growth over the past two years. Throughout this, this have never lost sight of their core values, and pride themselves on how they treat both their staff and their clients.

You will be joining a team providing first class support and customer service to a range of clients across the UK, taking ownership of tickets at 2 nd line level, and passing over to the 3 rd line team when required.

Prior technical support experience in a Windows environment, with solid experience of supporting and administering O365 will be required for the role.

You will have the flexibility to either work remotely or from the office in Gloucester (the first week would need to be office based).

Key Technical Skills

  • Windows 10
  • Office 365
  • Some Windows Server knowledge would be beneficial (AD / Group Policy etc.) although more complex server issues can be passed to the 3 rd line team
  • An understanding of networking / firewalls / LAN / WAN etc.
