Working for an organisation that provides energy solutions for businesses throughout the UK, you will work remotely but occasionally attend meetings in the Kent office.
As an Energy Consultant your role is to continue to help the business grow and acquire and develop a portfolio of business customers through outbound B2B selling. You will be responsible for the full sales process, from contacting prospective customers, identifying their energy requirements through to securing contracts. You will provide excellent service to your customers and develop a pipeline of customers to manage future renewals.
Manage a 360 Degree sale process (prospecting to securing contracts)
To make outbound B2B telesales calls to prospective customers
Build strong customer relationships by gathering all energy requirements
Display strong negotiation, influencing and closing skills
Explain termination requirements in a clear and precise manner and provide accurate customer quotations using pricing and comparison tools
Obtaining bespoke pricing from suppliers
Convert customer quotations into meter sales
Manage all prospects within the CRM database in an efficient manner Ideally you will have experience of working in an office-based sales position with a demonstrable track record of success. They will consider candidates from a customer service / upselling background, but this must have been office based. You will have an excellent telephone manner, a proactive nature and be self-motivated.
