ABC Teachers, part of TES, are seeking experienced SEN Learning Support Assistants to work in the classroom of our partner school based in Walsall from September on both a full and part time basis.
About the role:
Supporting students with a wide range of Moderate Learning Difficulties such as: Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Speech and Language difficulties
Flexibility to fit your work around your current lifestyle and commitments - both full and part time roles available
Working with students 1-1 as well as a small group basis, managing behaviour and caring for children
To commence in September 2020

The school caters for students between the ages of 7 - 18 with a wide range of additional needs
Easily accessible from surrounding areas of Walsall
A supportive staff team, where wellbeing of students comes first
Have strong communications skills with the ability to build a strong rapport with students
Hold suitable qualifications such as Learning Support, Health and Social Care and Young People's Workforce are desirable but not essential
Have previous experience working with children and young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities
Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check
