Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a super organised candidate with strong communication and relationship skills to join our team as our HR & Recruitment Coordinator.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is intrigued by people and the business that they work in and are looking for a role where they can grow, develop and make a significant contribution.

The HR & Recruitment Coordinator Role:

The HR and Recruitment Coordinator will support the overall HR and Health and Safety function and objectives and provide a full range of services.

On a project-by-project basis they will be accountable for the hiring process from beginning to end. From exploring role requirements with hiring manager, salary benchmarking, candidate attraction, enhancing employer brand, to conducting screening interviews, and onboarding.

About You:

+ Experience of delivering effective recruitment strategies
+ To provide first line generalist HR advice admin and support on terms and conditions of employment and HR policies and procedures, with a view to resolving matters on advice
+ Maintain systems and processes including absence reporting, training matrix, quarterly reviews etc…
+ Be an active custodian of Eco2 Solar culture and values including supporting quarterly social events and CSR initiatives
+ Achieved or working towards level 5 CIPD qualification
+ Excellent organisational and administrative skills
+ Personable with strong communication and relationship skills
+ Practical, logical and able to solve problems quickly
