We sell to existing or new job board businesses, publishers, owners of niche magazines and businesses or organisations where a job board could benefit that business.
We are the market leader in Germany Austria and central Europe having recently come to the UK, one of the largest markets in the world for job boards.
We are selling, building the sales pipeline, sending contracts, proposals, information to gain traction and market share here in the UK where we already have some very good customers having already signed up to us.
We need a person who is full of energy and excitement, passion and drive, eager to learn, build, grow and use their everyday skills to support all of the above processes in sales. To work in a role where you won't need to have someone breathing down your neck because you've already finished the tasks you know you have because you enjoy helping oil the wheels of business.
We love proactive people, you don't even have to have skills in Recruitment, or knowledge of job boards though let's face it if you've ever looked for a job online and gone a couple of clicks past Indeed or LinkedIn you will have used job boards all day long. And sometimes that experience is painful. Actual often the experience is total rubbish...We want "You" the annoyed candidate who wants to do something about it.....
I want to meet those of you who know the pitfalls too, you don't have to be an expert because it's pretty obvious whether a website is not serving its purpose. Jobiqo's job is to be better than those existing job board technology providers, target and market ourselves to those businesses while remaining cool calm and collected.
You'll probably spend a lot of time online, your skills will be you, your character and personality. We'll assume you know how to use a computer, surf the web, maybe build presentations better than me, organisational skills are defo a plus, so you may have come from an EA background, it doesn't matter, I don't mind, this is a job where what you do is help me and the team to grow. Working remotely for the foreseeable future because we are all affected by the one thing out there bringing us together right now..
