You'll be responsible for growing the business and number of contractors with various routes to market. This could be through your network of contractors, recruitment agencies or any other means. You'll need at least a year's experience in sales in the payroll/umbrella services industry.
It's a national, home-based position so you'll need to able to manage your own workload and in normal times you may be expected to travel to meet with clients/contractors and provide ongoing account management. Service and quality are very important so you'll be encouraged to keep in touch with your client-base and ensure they are happy with the services, as well as going above and beyond to create established relationships.
