Job Description

Enthusiastic and highly self-motivated Digital Marketer and Operations Support with a proven ability to work in high pressure, deadline-driven environments

-Homeworking / Remote working with weekly team meetings in person in Herts/London


RESPONSIBIILITIES

Reporting to the Operations Lead, this role has an interesting and varied set of activities that cover (but not limited) to the following activities: -

·Support to the Managing Director and Operations Lead covering the full range of operational & marketing support

·Creation of bespoke digital marketing materials

·Management of Social Media platforms, including regular deployment of content and audience engagement and building a content roadmap

·Management of outbound marketing campaigns such as webinars and utilising our CRM platform to deploy marketing content

·Website content management, including deploying new relevant content (external technical support is available)

·Improving SEO of Ei World & STARS websites using Google Analytics and other trend analysis

·Direct marketing to Ei World audience whilst considering cultural differences

·Project Management Support, involving the planning, execution and administration and organisation of our executive coaching and team development client projects, alongside other Operation Support team members

·Business development support (creating proposals, researching clients, learning new technologies to make work more effective)


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES

The successful candidate will have: -

- Experience of creating marketing content from the ground up, taking steers to mould the content accordingly

- Experience with CRM/CMS/marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred)

- Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external clients

- Operational support

-Experience of influencing via LinkedIn channels

- Excellent analytical skills

- An excellent attention to detail

- Excellent organisation, planning, and execution skills

- Strong proficiency and experience with using Word, PowerPoint, Excel and productivity/project management tool

- A professional and conscientious approach to work

- Ability to produce high-quality aesthetically pleasing documents with an eye for design

- Strong and concise communication skills - written and verbal

- Interpersonal problem-solving skills

- Flexibility and ability to confidently manage a variety of tasks on a deadline

EXPERIENCE

- Background of working in a professional organization where you have learned the importance of communication, integrity and quality

- At least 3 years' experience of understanding the demands of client service-related delivery

- Experience of small to medium-sized businesses would be an advantage


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

-Self motivated with a strong sense of initiative

- Permanent UK resident

- Strong love of and ease in using technologies of all types

- Willingness to travel to London/Herts for weekly team meetings

- Own professional home office set up, with a high-speed, reliable internet connection, a reliable laptop/computer and a clean/clear/neutral background for video conferencing

- Well-educated (Degree-level or equivalent) / strong common sense


Preferred:

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment

- Email marketing experience

- Marketing experience in the human sciences - for example, health science, neuroscience, behavioural science, psychology or coaching

- Experience in using video conferencing technology

- Lives within easy commuting distance of Herts
