UK based remote role / Optional office and team days in our co-working spaces in London and Oxford
£40,000 - £55,000 Depending on Experience

Product / Service: The only agency specialising in supporting brands who are supplying directly to Amazon via Vendor Central. We have also developed our own Amazon analytics platform called Vendor+

We give brand owners ‘clarity’ around Amazon and shape strategies for them to grow - sustainably and profitably. All our clients are on Vendor Central - this means we are unique in the Amazon agency space.
As Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with a select number of clients and driving the strategy on their accounts. You will need extensive experience with the Amazon ecosystem and Vendor Central.
Most of the work around keywords, listings, content, support tickets, technical issues, reports and advertising will be managed by our expert team; most of whom have joined us from Amazon.
You will bring all this together with a clear strategic view on the accounts you are managing. You will make decisions on how to best drive these accounts forward, closely supported by the agency founder, Account Director, Commercial Director and Head of Operations.
This is a client-facing role, so you’ll need to be well organised, a good communicator and team player with leadership ambitions.
+ Previous experience as an account manager at an Amazon Agency
+ Experience managing Amazon Vendor Central (agency side or client side)
+ Client facing, personal and outgoing
+ Team player
+ Experience of the nitty gritty of Vendor Central are preferred but not essential (this encompasses Vendor specific reporting, operations, trade terms, profitability (NetPPM), AVS, chargebacks and shortage claims, to name a few)
