We are seeking a motivated and reliable Telesales Executive / Remote Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will make outbound cold calls to potential clients, introduce our products/services, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This is a remote position offering flexible hours for both full-time and part-time availability.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective customers from a provided list
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system
• Follow scripts and adapt to customer responses professionally
• Meet weekly and monthly performance targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
