Job description Cordius is the exclusive recruitment partner to a leading local organisation looking to hire a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Technician. Part of a small IT team supporting a user base of 150, you will report directly to the IT Manager and provide 1st and 2nd line support. Typical duties will involve receiving and logging support calls, providing remote and on-site support for IT users, setting up new equipment and maintaining IT records.
