Pertemps are excited to be supporting a new client based in Bedford who are urgently seeking to appoint a 1st Line IT Support Technician for a 6 month contract. This role will serve sas he first point of contact for In House IT related issues and wiill be responsible for resolving common technical problems. Some of the primary responsibilities will include: Responding to internal IT issues within various departments Investigating technical issues with the aim of resolution prior to osculation Conducting diagnostic tests to identify the root cause of technical problems and providing solutions to resolve them Communicating effectively with staff across all service levels. Responding to the IT inbox to support those working hybrid The successful applicant will have previous experience in a similiar role, excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work in a varied paced environment.
