The team is built up of both Trainers and Skills Development Coaches that all specialise in their subject area. A large part of your job will involve working remotely as you schedule regular meetings with your learners in order to track their progress and provide support to them. At time to time you may need to attend the office for team meetings and attending to your case load.Skills Development Coaches are required to ensure that learners are prepared for the End Point Assessment (EPA). The learner needs to be aware of each element of the EPA and be ready to pass through the Assessment Gateway.
