Customer Service/Sales Administration Successful international manufacturing and distribution company, looking to grow their UK team, with an experienced customer services/sales administrator. The role will be home based. The candidate should ideally have some experience of SAP software. Ideally the candidate will be based in Dorset or Hampshire area or within 2 hour drive or anywhere else in the UK, as there could be an occasional requirement to attend the office. Role Purpose: The role entails the order processing and any modification during the order-delivery life cycle, the management of customer queries, concerns, requests as well as any objections/complaints about product and services.
