Xpert Resourcing are delighted to be working with a local commercial business based in Ely who are looking to add a new Accounts Assistant into their finance team. This is a great opportunity to join a large and well respected business that can offer extensive career development. 3 days in the office, 2 working from home. Duties will include: Responsible for assisting with the Sales Ledger. You will liaise with customers to ensure prompt payment of invoices and assist with resolving any queries the customer may have. Allocate the relevant payments to outstanding invoices and help with any queries if they arise. Carry out invoice runs, issue credit notes and re-invoice as required. Prepare customer account statements and daily reports. Help with sales orders and support month end processes. Provide cover for Credit Controller. Assist with all Purchase Ledger duties.
