You’ll lead the management of the Trust’s IT infrastructure and support service for allocated academies within a geographical Hub area. You’ll be responsible for: the operational IT activity taking place; establishing best practice, procedures and processes within the Trust Hubs; acting as the point of escalation for Academy IT issues; providing second line support for Technical Issues: managing contracts and service level agreements for outsourced IT support and services providing clear and consistent guidance, professional support and advice to the Head of IT and Education Directors.  You’ll work collaboratively with the wider Hub Team to help drive improvement, and as part of the wider IT team to support IT activity across the Trust.
