Responsibilities: Support and maintain the companies IT Infrastructure estate. Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures. Support the wider IT team and key suppliers to maximise benefit from the existing estate and extend life where possible.   Experience: Previous support experience with the Microsoft Stack.
