Job Description  The Lead IT Operations Specialist is a senior member of IT Support responsible for IT Operations managing multiple systems and tools. Focused on key systems/applications within a business unit like Card, Bank or Payments. Provides technical direction to the team and works with other BT teams to integrate support procedures as systems are brought online or enhanced. Trains junior team members. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
