We are looking for experienced 1st Line/IT Support Engineers who are passionate about customer service and technology to join a global service desk team. Our client is a global engineering business supporting over 1000 users and their clients who have gone through impressive growth in the last few years! Primarily based in Bicester 3 days a week and 2 days remote. Occasional travel to the London and Dublin office (travel and expenses included). The Role You will provide quality end-user technical support across a wide range of systems and technologies. This is a blend of hardware and software support, mainly supporting a Microsoft environment. i.e O365, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM. Other responsibilities include: Ticket management using Service now to ensure queries are resolved within the SLAs Provide on-site and remote technical support for internal and external clients Triage and troubleshoot hardware equipment such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices...
