The Apprentice will join their Digital Workplace team to gain experience of working in a busy IT Service Desk whilst developing their customer service and Microsoft 365 support skills Key Duties Ensure that all apprenticeship tasks are up to date, completed on time with sufficient detail to ensure a successful completion of the scheme To get a broad experience a modern IT department by assisting in tasks set by all parts of the Digital Workplace team Initial engagement with end users and stakeholders, via the IT Service Management tool, email and phone.
