Time Type: Full Time Job Description Member of ‘DSV UK IT infrastructure support team’ providing support covering DSV UK & IE locations. Reporting IT Infrastructure Senior Support Team Leader. Role will involve both desk support duties and hands on support to IT users for DSV UK & IE across DSV Road, DSV Solutions & DSV Air&Sea Divisions. Activities to include: Handling support desk incidents Involvement IT implementation projects Onboarding new users Dealing with IT global support team and Internet service providers.
