You will provide and contribute to delivering outstanding customer care, advice & guidance, IT support. You will represent the service and College in a highly professional manner at all times. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a busy customer facing or reception environment preferably in a library, using IT equipment, social media and on-line resources.
