You will be responsible for the production of performance and quality standards within the practice, manage data quality/information targets in the GMS Contract, which encompasses quality delivery, and practice audits. This post will also have responsibility for all IT related queries and ensure all staff in the Practice have the correct training on the IT systems and software, including telephone system.
