Your role will involve delivering Incident, IMAC and Remote services for multiple customers across their campus sites in the Midlands area. This will include, but not be limited to, sites in Leicester, Milton Keynes and Birmingham. You may also be required to travel further afield at times, including overnight stays, so flexibility and adaptability are key. A 'business needs' vehicle will be provided so a valid driving licence is essential. You will need to have, or be able to gain, multiple account and security clearances and will need to hold a valid UK passport. You will need to be a fast learner, able to receive technical instructions and respond in a confident manner to ensure any downtime is kept to a minimum. You will help manage the call queues, keeping tickets updated with latest actions and closing within SLA.
