Job Description You will Support multiple clients across multiple technologies Mentor junior team members. Consult with customers and across a cross-team environment. Create documentation and oversee development of designs, processes, and procedures. Work within a structured ITIL / ISO20000 IT Service Management environment. Work directly with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, build proof of concepts and implement solutions Be an escalation point for major incidents/investigations Be a Service Owner for several services e.g., Exchange, Office365, AVD Qualifications You will have First-hand experience of designing, building, and supporting Enterprise solutions.
