Job Description About the IT Technical Support Role Support and maintain the IT infrastructure of the Distribution Centre. Main Duties and Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems reported during the working hours by the end users based on existing procedures. Restart services based on existing procedures. Install and configure IT devices. Update existing procedures to improve support. Create helpdesk tickets with full IT description to escalate problem to next support level. Formulate and explain information and solutions to end users. Maintain and update device inventory. Manage IT stock. Reset existing user accounts. Contact external IT support to evaluate, fix failures and escalate reported issues. Qualifications Core Skills as an IT Technical Support A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Hardware/Network technician. A good level of experience in a similar position.
