Probation Officer - Strategic Courts & Enforcement Team (Remote) Red Snapper Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Probation Officer to join a Strategic Courts and Enforcement team within the South Central Region . This is a varied and fast-paced role based within a Regional Operations Centre , offering exposure to a broad range of probation activity. The role provides flexibility in duties and the opportunity to work across community and custody-based contexts , supporting operational priorities and responding to ad hoc work as required. The position can be completed remotely , although there is an office base in Fareham for those able to attend occasionally. This role would suit a confident, adaptable PO who enjoys variety, works well at pace, and is comfortable collaborating with a wide range of colleagues and partner agencies.
