My client is looking for a Matrimonial/Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing team, based in Kendal, Cumbria. You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of Matrimonial/Family cases, including but not limited to the following: • Divorce & Separation• Financial Settlements• Cohabitation• Arrangements For Children• Civil Partnerships• Domestic Violence Key Responsibilities: •To undertake work on a varied caseload of family/matrimonial matters• Making preparations for court such as court bundles and instructing counsel• Champion client care• Maintain good professional working relationships with external institutions and organisations Requirements: • The ideal candidate will have experience in Matrimonial/Family matters and the ability to deal with complex commercial property caseloads.• 3 Years+ PQE within Matrimonial/Family• History of good billing• Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathise with the clients'...
