Our client is a successful established Financial Advice firm inn Horsham and they are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the team Main Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the onboarding and exit of employees, including referencing, due diligence, employee contracts, Induction process, exit interviews. Manage the recruitment and selection process, establishing relationships with agencies, agreeing terms and contracts, writing job descriptions, interviewing and hiring new employees. Manage all changes to Payroll. Manage employee benefits administration including the Pension Scheme. Manage effective staff and management communications, including employee and employment related matters. Remain up to date with current Employment and HR legislation and regulatory change.
