Remote German Speaking Customer Service Agent Location: Homebased Start Date: ASAP Type: Ongoing Temporary Salary: £13.50ph Hours: 8am-5pm- Mon- Fri My client based in Wokingham is looking for a German/English Speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team with this exciting new Global campaign. We are looking for candidates who have got strong experience in providing solutions to customers, managing the deliverables of campaigns, managing relationships with customers and excellent Microsoft Office ability particularly Outlook. The role is homebased and will entail responding to emails and telephone calls from customers who will have received notification regarding the recall product. Customers will communicate with you on this recall campaign by email and telephone and you will be trained on how to answer the queries.
