They are currently recruiting for Motor Fraud solicitors/chartered legal executives to join on a remote working basis. Previous motor fraud experience is beneficial, but those with strong motor personal injury experience will also be considered. Your new role This Motor Fraud Solicitor/CILEx role will see you responsible for the management of your own caseload of suspected fraudulent claims. This will include low velocity impact, staged and exaggerated incidents and causation. The complexity and value of files will be determined by level of experience.
