Role Overview Reporting into the Head of Sales, the Senior Bid & Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading all bid activity and sales operations processes across the business. This is a combined, senior-level role that bridges the creation of fully costed, compliant proposals with the operational management of sales contracts, pricing models, and team workflows. The successful candidate will ensure every bid is submitted on time, fully evidenced, and commercially optimised - while driving the efficiency and quality standards that underpin the wider sales function.
