Remote Probation Officer - Resettlement Team (Custody Cases) Location: Laindon, Essex (Remote Working Available) Contract: Full-Time (37 hours per week)/ Initial 12-Month Temp Contract with possibility of extension Pay rate: 21.75 PAYE or 28.64 Umbrella Red Snapper is currently seeking a qualified Probation Officer to join the Resettlement Team supporting individuals in custody as they prepare for release back into the community. This role is focused entirely on custody-based case management, working with prisoners throughout their sentence to assess risk, support rehabilitation, coordinate release planning, and contribute to parole and progression processes.
