First Line Compliance Officer MERJE are delighted to be supporting a leading global Insurance business as they look to appoint a First Line Compliance Officer to work at the heart of their business, partnering with operational teams to ensure compliance controls are effective, risks are identified early and customer outcomes remain front and centre. The role is a varied, business-facing role offering the opportunity to influence change, drive improvements and play a key role in our compliance framework. The business offers a very flexible hybrid working policy and are comfortable with this position being fully remote with only occasional travel.
