This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, well-respected defendant team managing claims valued up to £250k, with exposure to more complex and high-value matters under the guidance of experienced partners and senior lawyers. As a Defendant EL/PL Solicitor, you will: Manage and progress EL/PL caseloads efficiently and in line with court deadlines. Ensure compliance with internal processes and client SLAs/KPIs. Draft instructions to experts and counsel. Maintain clear case strategies and apply up-to-date technical and case law knowledge. Contribute to billing, WIP management and accurate reporting.
