  5. We can provide bookkeeping services to any company in the world. The businesses only have to email photos/scanned copies of invoices/receipts and bank statements and our smart systems can do the bookkeeping and accounts and email them back.

All of above work will be done by us remotely throughout the world by use of modern technology like:

Video conferencing, emails, digital cloud calls etc. So this will make your task easier as we will do all the above mentioned work.



As a Non Executive  Director your job is to build relationships with all clients in your area.

Responsible for devising and coordinating all area based business development activity

Become ‘the face’ of Boardroom Consultants within your area and build knowledge and presence amongst the area’s business community.

Build strong relationships with Distribution partners within the area (referral partners)

Candidate Specification

The position would suit someone who thrives on meeting business owners and helping them solve business issues, has a background as a senior business director (and ideally NED, Board Advisor or Mentor) which enables them to speak from personal experience. The candidate will be a self-starting leader wanting responsibility for a ‘business unit’ (the area) within a flexible framework provided by the central operation.

The perfect candidate for this opportunity is someone that runs their own successful business and is looking for a separate venture adjacent to this.

Experience of dealing with SME & entrepreneurial business owners

Experience with business investors

Excellent business development and sales skills

Relationship development skills

Time Commitment and Location

We are seeking  Directors in order to develop new areas across the UK and the World.

This position is part-time, you will be looking to ideally commit between 1-3 days p/w.


Initially the successful candidate will earn a 15% share of the revenue generated by the clients within their area. As you can see the services will generate a large amount of commission as they are premium sought after services by SMEs.
