You will manage and support a diverse portfolio of VIP clients, delivering exceptional, personalised corporate travel. DUTIES: Providing a high level of service to all travellers & travel bookers Handle travel queries, amendments, and cancellations with efficiency and care Demonstrate an excellent understanding of account processes and policies Providing an end-to-end solution for all clients, in-line with our clients travel policy.
